4.1 With Dealers (For Buyer-Initiated Actions)
When buyers contact a dealer, we share their contact details with the respective dealer to facilitate communication.
Test drive bookings involve sharing buyer details with the selected dealer.
4.2 With Service Providers & Partners
We work with third-party payment gateways to process transactions securely.
We may share data with marketing service providers to run targeted campaigns.
4.3 Legal & Compliance Reasons
We may disclose user data:
If required by law enforcement, government requests, or legal proceedings.
