Welcome to WheelPact, an online marketplace platform that connects vehicle dealers and buyers for a seamless used vehicle buying and selling experience. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.wheelpact.com and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using WheelPact, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the platform or use any of its services.

1. Definitions
  • "Platform" refers to the WheelPact website and mobile application.

  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to WheelPact, owned and operated by Parastone Global Private Limited.

  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual accessing the Platform, including Dealers (Partners) and Buyers (End-Users).

  • "Dealer" refers to an entity that lists and promotes vehicles and showrooms through the Dealer Admin Panel.

  • "Buyer" refers to an end-user who explores vehicles and interacts with dealers via the platform.

  • "Promotion Credits" are credits used by dealers to promote vehicles and showrooms.

  • "Subscription Plans" refer to paid dealer plans that will be introduced in future updates.

  • "Test Drive Booking" refers to the option for buyers to schedule a test drive at a dealer’s showroom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using WheelPact, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  • You have the legal authority to represent and bind your business if registering as a Dealer.

  • Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications or updates to these Terms & Conditions.

3. User Registration & Account Security

3.1 Dealer Registration

  • Dealers must register an account through the Dealer Admin Panel to list and promote vehicles.

  • A dealer must own or operate an authorized dealership to qualify.

  • Dealer accounts are verified before activation. WheelPact reserves the right to reject any registration.

  • Dealers must provide accurate business details, showroom locations, and valid contact information.

  • Dealers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.2 Buyer Registration

  • Buyers can access the platform without registering but must create an account to shortlist vehicles, book test drives, and interact with dealers.

  • Buyers must provide valid contact details to ensure a seamless experience.

  • WheelPact is not responsible for any transactions conducted outside the platform between buyers and dealers.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

  • False or misleading information is provided.

  • The account is involved in fraudulent activity.

  • The user violates any terms outlined in this agreement.

  • The account remains inactive for a prolonged period.

4. Services & Features

4.1 Dealer Services

Dealers can:

  • Create and manage showroom profiles (limited to one showroom under the free plan).

  • List vehicles with detailed specifications, pricing, and images.

  • Purchase promotion credits to boost visibility for vehicles and showrooms.

  • Access the Dealer Admin Dashboard to monitor performance metrics.

4.2 Buyer Services

Buyer can:

  • Explore and shortlist vehicles based on preferences.

  • View detailed listings and contact dealers directly.

  • Book free showroom test drives (Beta Feature).

  • Stay updated on dealership promotions and featured listings.

4.3 Vehicle Promotions

  • Dealers may purchase promotion credits to feature vehicles or showroom listings.

  • Promotion payments are non-refundable as per our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Promotion does not guarantee vehicle sales or customer engagement.

4.4 Showroom Promotions

  • Dealers may promote their showroom’s visibility on the platform using paid promotional services.

  • Showroom promotions are subject to WheelPact’s advertising guidelines.

4.5 Test Drive Booking (Beta)

  • Currently, only free showroom test drives are available.

  • Buyers can request test drives, and dealers must confirm availability.

  • WheelPact is not responsible for dealership cancellations or reschedules.

5. Payments & Transactions

5.1 Subscription Plans

  • Currently, dealers can use the Free Plan, which includes limited features.

  • Future paid subscription plans will include Basic, Premium, and Enterprise tiers.

  • Once introduced, subscription fees will be non-refundable.

5.2 Promotions & Advertisements

  • Payments for Vehicle Promotions & Showroom Promotions are final and non-refundable.

  • Dealers are responsible for ensuring correct details before purchasing promotions.

  • Promotions expire if unused within the applicable validity period.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of technical failure from WheelPact’s side.

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue, and only replacement credits will be provided upon verification.

6. Platform Guidelines & Code of Conduct

6.1 Dealer Responsibilities

  • Dealers must list only real and available vehicles with accurate information.

  • Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.

  • Dealers must respond to user inquiries professionally and honor confirmed test drive bookings.

  • Spamming, excessive promotions, or unethical sales tactics are prohibited.

6.2 Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide valid details when booking a test drive or contacting dealers.

  • Misuse of test drive bookings (such as repeated cancellations) may result in account suspension.

  • Users should verify vehicle details before making any purchase outside of WheelPact.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Users (both dealers and buyers) are prohibited from:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Violating intellectual property rights (using copyrighted images, etc.).

  • Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform.

  • Using WheelPact for illegal or unethical activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content on WheelPact (logos, branding, website design, and proprietary technology) is owned by Parastone Global Private Limited.

  • Dealers may only use their own showroom images and branding in their listings.

  • Unauthorized use or copying of WheelPact’s intellectual property will result in legal action.

8. Liability Disclaimer
  • WheelPact only connects buyers and dealers and does not guarantee vehicle quality or transactions.

  • We are not liable for any financial loss, disputes, or damages arising from user interactions.

  • Dealers and buyers must verify vehicle conditions and legal documentation independently.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
  • WheelPact respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

  • Personal data is collected and processed only for legitimate purposes.

10. Amendments & Termination
  • WheelPact reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Users will be notified of any significant changes.

  • Non-compliance with these terms may result in account termination.
