WheelPact provides an online platform where users (buyers) can explore vehicles listed by authorized dealerships, book test drives, and interact with showrooms. WheelPact itself does not sell or own vehicles; it acts as a facilitator between users and dealers.
Since WheelPact currently does not handle direct financial transactions between users and dealers (such as payments for vehicle purchases), refund policies related to vehicle sales, financing, or dealership services fall under the respective dealer’s policy.
However, for services facilitated by WheelPact, the following refund policies apply:
Test Drive Bookings (Beta - Free Showroom Test Drives Only)
Test drives are currently offered free of charge during beta testing.
If a test drive is canceled or rescheduled, users must coordinate directly with the respective dealership.
Since the test drive service is free, no refund is applicable at this stage.
No Refunds on Vehicle Purchases
WheelPact does not process payments for vehicle purchases, and any refund requests related to a vehicle must be addressed with the dealer directly.
Users are advised to thoroughly review vehicle details and verify information before making any commitments.
Shortlisting and Inquiry Services
Shortlisting a vehicle or making an inquiry is a free feature, and no payments are involved. Thus, no refunds apply.
Since WheelPact does not sell vehicles directly, there is no return policy for vehicles on our platform. Users are encouraged to verify all details and test the vehicle before making a purchase through the dealer.
For disputes regarding a purchased vehicle, users must refer to the return or refund policies of the respective dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased.
Dealers on WheelPact gain access to our platform through Dealer Admin, allowing them to list vehicles, promote showrooms, and access promotional tools. This section outlines the refund and return policy applicable to paid services utilized by dealers.
Subscription Plans (Currently Free)
WheelPact currently offers a Free Plan, and no payments are required for subscription at this stage.
Once paid subscription plans are introduced, the subscription fee will be non-refundable after activation.
Vehicle Promotions
Payments made towards vehicle promotions are strictly non-refundable.
Dealers must ensure that their promotions are correctly set up before confirming payment.
Unused promotion credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
Showroom Promotions
Payments made towards showroom promotions are strictly non-refundable.
Dealers are responsible for providing accurate showroom details during promotions.
If a technical failure occurs from WheelPact’s end, a replacement promotion credit may be issued instead of a refund, subject to verification.
Test Drive Feature (Beta - Free)
Currently, test drive bookings are free, and no payments are required. Thus, no refunds apply.
Dealers will be responsible for handling test drive scheduling and user coordination.
Since WheelPact provides digital services and does not sell physical goods, a return policy is not applicable for any transactions.
Once a promotion credit is used, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or exchanged for monetary refunds.
If a dealer fails to use a purchased promotion, the credit remains valid until its expiration but is non-refundable.
If a dealer experiences a technical issue preventing a paid promotional service from being applied, they may submit a request for review under the following conditions:

By using WheelPact's services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Submit a Ticket
Contact WheelPact Support within 48 hours of experiencing the issue.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Provide Proof
Include transaction details, invoice number, screenshots, and error descriptions.
Verification Process
WheelPact’s technical team will review the issue within 7 business days.
Resolution
If the issue is verified as a technical failure from WheelPact’s end, a replacement promotion credit will be issued.
No monetary refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
WheelPact reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users and dealers via the platform.
